# Solución de problemas

Problemas comunes con la app móvil de Decentraland y dónde obtener ayuda.

Si algo no funciona en la aplicación móvil de Decentraland, esta página cubre las situaciones más comunes y dónde obtener más ayuda.

## La app no inicia sesión

* Asegúrate de tener conexión a internet.
* Intenta cerrar y volver a abrir la app.
* Si te registraste en la computadora y no encuentras tu cuenta, confirma que estés usando el mismo método de inicio de sesión que usaste originalmente.

## Una escena no carga o funciona lentamente

* Algunas escenas son grandes y tardan un momento en descargarse: dale unos momentos, especialmente en redes móviles.
* Intenta ir a otra escena y volver; esto reinicia la carga.
* Si una escena específica funciona lentamente de forma constante, es posible que el creador aún no la haya optimizado para móviles. Puedes probarla desde una conexión Wi-Fi o en un dispositivo más reciente.

## No veo los controles en pantalla

* Asegúrate de estar dentro de una escena: los controles solo aparecen una vez que hayas terminado de cargar.
* Toca una vez la pantalla para reactivar los controles si se desvanecieron.

## La UI de una escena se superpone a los controles

El cliente móvil reserva el lado izquierdo y la esquina inferior derecha de la pantalla para el joystick, el chat, el perfil y el botón de interacción. Si la propia UI de una escena se superpone a esas áreas, el creador aún no la ha actualizado para móviles — están trabajando en ello.
