# Requisitos de participación

Una explicación de lo que necesitas para crear y votar propuestas en el DAO.

En términos generales, los DAOs son organizaciones compuestas por poseedores de tokens. En el caso de Decentraland, los tokens necesarios para ser miembro del DAO son MANA, NAMEs o LAND. Al poseer MANA, NAMEs o LAND, puedes crear y votar en propuestas. Tu voto en una propuesta tiene un peso según el saldo de MANA, NAMEs y LAND que tengas en el momento en que se creó esa propuesta. Cualquiera puede y está invitado a participar en las discusiones relacionadas con el DAO en [Discord](https://dcl.gg/daodiscord), el [Foro](https://forum.decentraland.org/), u cualquiera de los otros canales sociales de Decentraland, pero solo los poseedores de tokens pueden emitir votos y crear propuestas.
