# LAND 관리자

LAND 및 Estate 토큰 관리

LAND 매니저를 사용하면 LAND 및 에스테이트 자산을 관리할 수 있습니다.

다음에서 LAND 매니저에 접속하세요 <https://builder.decentraland.org/land>.

LAND 매니저를 사용하면 다음과 같은 작업을 할 수 있습니다:

* **이름 지정** 사용자의 구획과 에스테이트에 이름을 지정하고 공개 설명을 추가할 수 있습니다.
* **병합** LAND 구획을 하나의 에스테이트로 합칩니다.
* **분할** 하나의 에스테이트를 별도의 LAND 구획으로 나눕니다.
* **전송** 사용자의 구획과 에스테이트를 다른 사용자에게 이전합니다.
* **권한 부여** 다른 사용자에게 사용자가 소유한 구획을 편집할 수 있는 권한을 부여합니다.

## 내 LAND 관리

LAND 토큰을 보려면 **내 LAND 관리**를 클릭하세요. 여기에서 판매용으로 등록한 구획을 포함해 모든 구획과 에스테이트 목록을 확인할 수 있습니다.

아래에 표시된 구획 또는 에스테이트 중 하나를 클릭하면 **LAND**의 이름, 설명을 편집하거나, 오퍼레이터를 설정하거나, 다른 지갑 주소로 직접 이전할 수 있습니다.

## 에스테이트 생성

LAND 에스테이트를 사용하면 서로 바로 인접한 두 개 이상의 LAND 구획을 하나로 묶어 더 큰 LAND 보유분을 더 쉽게 관리할 수 있습니다. 에스테이트는 하나의 구획을 넘어서는 더 큰 장면을 만들 때 특히 유용합니다.

에스테이트의 구획들은 반드시 서로 바로 인접해 있어야 하며, 도로, 광장 또는 다른 구획에 의해 분리될 수 없습니다.

첫 번째 에스테이트를 만들려면 인접한 LAND 구획을 두 개 이상 소유해야 합니다.

1. 다음을 여세요 **내 LAND** 를 선택해 에스테이트에 추가하고 싶은 구획 중 하나를 선택하세요.
2. 구획 상세 페이지에서 **에스테이트 생성**.
3. 선택한 구획을 중심으로 한 아틀라스 보기가 표시되며, 소유한 나머지 인접 구획이 강조 표시됩니다. 에스테이트에 포함할 다른 구획들을 선택하세요. ![

5. 에스테이트의 이름과 설명을 입력하세요. 이 정보는 개별 구획의 이름 및 설명과 마찬가지로 아틀라스에 공개 표시됩니다.

6. Ethereum 클라이언트에서 이 거래를 확인하고 네트워크가 이를 검증할 때까지 기다리세요.

첫 번째 에스테이트를 만들면 에스테이트라는 새 탭이 표시됩니다. 이 페이지에서 모든 에스테이트를 보고 관리할 수 있습니다.

새 에스테이트를 만들면 사실상 구획을 새 토큰으로 이전하는 셈입니다. 이러한 에스테이트는 ERC721 토큰(다른 NFT와 마찬가지로)으로 표현됩니다. 더 이상 아래에서 개별 구획을 볼 수 없으며 *내 LAND*, MetaMask, Mist, Trezor, Ledger 지갑이나 귀하의 주소에 대한 Etherscan에도 표시되지 않습니다.

## 구획 또는 에스테이트 편집

소유한 모든 구획 또는 에스테이트의 이름과 설명을 편집할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 아틀라스에 공개 표시됩니다.

구획 또는 에스테이트를 편집하려면:

1. 편집하려는 구획 또는 에스테이트의 상세 페이지로 이동해 **편집**.

## 권한 부여

다른 사용자에게 구획 또는 에스테이트의 콘텐츠를 편집할 수 있는 권한을 부여할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 해당 사용자는 장면에 코드를 배포할 수 있지만, 토큰을 판매할 수는 없습니다.

권한이 부여된 사용자는 마켓플레이스에서 이름이나 설명도 변경할 수 있습니다.

LAND에 대한 권한을 부여하려면:

1. 구획 또는 에스테이트의 상세 페이지로 이동해 점 세 개를 클릭한 다음 **오퍼레이터 설정**. ![

1. 이전하려는 구획 또는 에스테이트의 상세 페이지로 이동해 클릭하세요 **전송**.
