# Resolução de problemas

Problemas comuns com o app móvel da Decentraland e onde obter ajuda.

Se algo não estiver a funcionar na app móvel da Decentraland, esta página aborda as situações mais comuns e onde obter mais ajuda.

## A app não inicia sessão

* Certifique-se de que tem ligação à Internet.
* Tente fechar e reabrir a app.
* Se se inscreveu no desktop e não conseguir encontrar a sua conta, confirme que está a usar o mesmo método de início de sessão que usou originalmente.

## Uma Scene não carrega ou está lenta

* Algumas scenes são grandes e demoram um momento a transferir — aguarde alguns instantes, especialmente em redes móveis.
* Tente mudar para outra scene e voltar; isto reinicia o carregamento.
* Se uma scene específica estiver consistentemente lenta, é possível que o criador ainda não a tenha otimizado para mobile. Pode tentar aceder através de uma ligação Wi-Fi ou num dispositivo mais recente.

## Não consigo ver os controlos no ecrã

* Certifique-se de que está dentro de uma scene — os controlos só aparecem depois de o carregamento terminar.
* Toque uma vez no ecrã para reativar os controlos, caso tenham desaparecido.

## A UI de uma scene sobrepõe-se aos controlos

O client móvel reserva o lado esquerdo e o canto inferior direito do ecrã para o joystick, o chat, o perfil e o botão de interação. Se a própria UI de uma scene sobrepõe-se a essas áreas, o criador ainda não a atualizou para mobile — está a trabalhar nisso.
