# 市场
了解 LAND 市场
Marketplace 是交易和管理你所有 Decentraland 资产（如 Wearables、Emotes、LAND 等）的首选之地。
在以下地址访问 Marketplace： .
Marketplace 允许你：
* **出售** LAND 地块和地产、Wearables、Emotes 以及独特的 NAME。以 MANA 设定你自己的价格，并为列表设置到期日期。
* **购买** 正在出售的 LAND 地块和地产、Wearables、Emotes，以及独特的 NAME。
* **转移** 你的 Decentraland 资产给其他用户。
## 登录
你可以自由浏览 Marketplace，而无需登录，但建议你在浏览 Marketplace 时登录，以获得更好的体验。如果你想登录，可以使用任何可用选项，例如 Gmail、Discord，或者使用 MetaMask 等钱包。

## LAND 地图视图
Atlas 视图可让你鸟瞰 Decentraland 中每个按颜色编码的地块、地产、道路、区域和广场。
你可以点击并拖动地图来移动，放大和缩小，或将光标悬停在某个地块上以查看其 x,y 位置和所有者。
当前在 Marketplace 中出售或出租的任何地块都会被高亮显示。
点击某个地块可查看其状态、坐标以及所有者的公开钱包地址（如果有所有者）。从地图视图中，你可以点击任何 LAND 查看其详情、购买它、向其提出购买报价，甚至租用它。
## 浏览
选择 **收藏品** 选项卡即可查看所有正在出售的物品。
* 选择 **类别** 来查看所有 Wearables 和 Emotes 类型。
* 使用 **搜索栏** 来查找 Wearables、Emotes、Collections 和 Creators。
* **排序** 结果可按最新、最便宜等不同条件排序，使用右上角的下拉菜单。
* **筛选** 按名称、稀有度、价格等条件筛选物品，精准找到你要找的内容。
## 购买 MANA 或使用本地货币支付
你可以使用借记卡或信用卡，或者银行转账购买 Wearables、Emotes 和 NAME（可用性取决于你所在的位置）。或者你可以购买“Ehtereum MANA”来购买 LAND、NAME 以及一些特殊的 Wearables。或者你可以购买“Polygon MANA”来购买大多数 Wearables 和 Emotes。
**购买 MANA**
1. 点击 **购买 MANA** 右上角。
2. 选择你想购买的 MANA 类型（取决于你希望获取的物品）。
3. 选择一个提供商并按照步骤操作。你可能需要完成轻度或完整的 KYC 流程。
4. 然后你就可以准备入手一些很棒的物品了。
## 购买物品
要在 Decentraland 中购买 LAND、Wearables、Emotes 或 NAME：
1. 浏览列表，找到你想购买的内容并点击以打开其详情。

## 为某件物品出价
如果某件物品未上架出售，你仍然可以对其进行 *竞价* 并以特定价格提出购买。该流程的其他步骤与购买物品的步骤相同。

**💡 提示**: 通过取消勾选 *在售* 选项。对于 LAND 和 Estates，你也可以使用 *Atlas* 视图并选择任意地块。

要查看你当前和待处理的出价列表，请选择 *我的资产* > *出价* 选项卡。
## 出售地块或地产
要出售你的某件物品：
1. 打开 **我的资产** 并打开其详情页。
2. 在详情页中，点击 **出售**.
3. 设置价格和到期日期，然后点击 **挂牌出售**。然后重新输入你的出售价格以确认。
4. 在你的钱包中确认此交易，并等待网络验证。

**📔 注**: 如果这是你第一次在 Marketplace 上出售这种资产类型的物品，系统还会要求你确认一笔一次性交易，以允许 Marketplace 接受 MANA。

你可以更改你已上架商品的售价，而无需取消并重新创建列表。只需在 **更新价格** 地块或地产详情页中点击。
## 转移 LAND
要将 LAND 地块或地产转移给其他用户：
1. 打开 **我的资产** 并打开你想转移的地块或地产的详情页，然后点击 **转移**.
2. 输入接收者的以太坊钱包公开地址。

**📔 注**: 请仔细核对该地址，因为你无法取消此操作。虽然接收者总是可以把 LAND 转回给你，但原始所有者无法撤销该操作。

3. 点击 **提交**.
4. 在你的以太坊客户端中确认此交易，并等待网络验证。
